Mindfulness Practices Workshop
*Open Enrollment
To live mindfully is to unlock another part of yourself that is already inside you. It means you can live fully and authentically. It means living in harmony with your mind, body and spirit.
One practice many therapist teach their client’s is mindfulness. We often hear from people, “I can’t do it,” or “I’m not doing it right.” There are many misconceptions about practice that leaves people feeling defeated and without a great tool in their life.
What people do not recognize is that they are mindful at times, but they don’t have the awareness. It can also be very uncomfortable for people which can steer people away.
